Yes! As long as there’s still a spot available in the class at your preferred time, you’re welcome to join.

Do I need any martial arts experience to start Krav Maga?
Not at all. Krav Maga was designed so that anyone, regardless of experience, gender, age, or fitness level, can learn to defend themselves effectively.

I’m over 40. Is it too late to start training Krav Maga?
Absolutely not! Krav Maga is for everyone. We have students of all ages, from young children to seniors. It’s never too late to start taking control of your safety.

How many classes are offered per week?
We offer flexible training plans. You can choose to train once a week, twice a week, or with unlimited access, depending on what best fits your schedule and goals.

How long does it take to earn a belt?​
Belt progression is based on your performance, commitment, and progress in class. There’s no set timeline; it’s about mastering the skills at your own pace. Evaluations are conducted by the instructor.

How does Krav Maga work?​
Krav Maga is based on instinctive movements and real-world situations. It teaches you to transfer your body weight and strike with maximum speed and efficiency, targeting vulnerable areas without relying on brute strength. What should I wear to my first class?​
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. If it’s your first time, we’ll guide you through everything you need.

Do I need to be in shape to start Krav Maga?​
No! You don’t need to be in top shape to begin. Krav Maga classes are designed to help you improve your fitness level gradually while focusing on technique, awareness, and self-defense skills.
